scotsman50ish it's a link to a computer on your local network... not accessible outside the network... look up for your router's ip here http://whatismyip.com/
then add that 4137 port

scotsman, even though you have changed the address it still points to http://192.168.1.64:4137/
but even if i try with http://81.156.63.18:4137/ it won't download on my end... too bad... looks like a hot one hehe
i think your router resets its ip too fast. you may think of using some dynamic dns... http://www.dyndns.com/ is a free one

seems it dont want to work i was trying this out cause i couldnt get on to rapishare or megarotic or any other upload file share sites .............. just found out it was my new kapersky suite protection seems to cause probs so have dumped it and now uploading to rapidshare will upload links soon as poss thanks for understanding
