Just started here,i tried to open rapidshare but cant get it help needed please

You need to open a rapidshare account (with rapidshare.com - NOT, repeat NOT - rapidshare.de).

The "free download" function doesn't really work very well - if at all (if that's what you mean by not being able to open it).
