No CC. Don't know what's wrong. I have a premium membership and when I try to download a video it downloads so far then stops. Never had it happen before. Been going on for about a week.

Have you checked your settings? Maybe it has something to do with the direct links. You can check/uncheck the box. Maybe that helps. Otherwise, and I hope I'm wrong, phishers may have stolen your account info.

I have seen some replies by Rue I think he may know what's wrong. Try asking him if this doesn't work. And be extra cautious when someone uses link protector that hides the real download links of the file.
