Hello,

Our names are Sharon & Mark we just joined this great forum but we are having trouble getting the clips to work that we download for example http://rapidshare.com/files/4686578/..._226.part1.rar

We have only ever used (Windows Media Player) & (Real Media Player) in the past to watch clips.

If anyone can please help us you can email mark1@northnet.com.au

Regards,

Sharon & Mark

Well what goes wrong when you try to play them? A lot of the clips won't play unless you have all of them and for some you need a program called HJSplit (www.freebyte.com/hjsplit) to combine all of the parts after you have downloaded them. Good luck!

like Doktormartini wrote you have to unpack the files with winrar and then join thme with hjsplit. i think the files are from this thread http://www.grannysexforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=7897

these are 3 files. you have to dl them all and then do the above things. this will work ;)

hj split is used seldom - but if the clips (after extraction with winrar) have endings like this:

.avi.001
.avi.002
........etc

or
mpeg.001
mpeg.002
...........etc

than they must be joined with HJsplit .Some people asume that everyone already knows that, so they won't inform their clips have to be joined with HJsplit....
Anyway, most people will use the split function of winrar, in this case you need all the files in order to view movie - put them all in one folder and right click on the first file/select extract to or extract here (with Winrar). It will then join all the parts, after that you can delete the rar files.

some movie formats can't be watched with windows media player.
There is a free player that can play everything: VLC player
Download it here: (for 2000/XP)
http://www.videolan.org/mirror.html?mirror=http://downloads.videolan.org/pub/videolan/&file=vlc/0.8.5/win32/vlc-0.8.5-win32.exe

I think we need a sticky thread with all the info for download and extraction with all the download links & essential tools - I will help with this if there is there is any demand.....
